Lewis A. (Lee) Sachs

Lee is Co-Founder, Managing Partner, Credit Committee Member, and Chairman of the Board of Alliance Partners. Prior to founding Alliance Partners, Lee served in the Obama Administration as Counselor to the Secretary of the Treasury and Head of the Obama Administration's Financial Crisis Response Team. In that role, he led the development and coordination of the administration's efforts to stabilize the financial system in the wake of the recent financial crisis. Previously, Lee was a Partner of Mariner Investment Group and Chairman of the Investment Committee. He also served as the CEO of Cornerstone Asset Management and until 2003, as Vice Chairman of Perseus LLC, a merchant bank and private equity fund management firm. During the Clinton Administration, Lee was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Financial Markets. Until 1998, Lee was a Senior Managing Director, Head of Global Capital Markets and a member of the Board of Directors of the Bear, Stearns Companies Inc. Lee is a Trustee and graduate of Denison University.

Brian Graham

Brian is Managing Partner, Credit Committee Member, President and a director of Alliance Partners. From 2008 to 2011, Brian was a partner in Blue Ridge Capital Management, LLC, a global asset manager with $7 billion in equity capital under management. From 2005 to 2008, Brian served at CapitalSource, where he led the transformation of the company into a bank. Previously, Brian held various leadership positions at Fannie Mae and was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated. Brian has also served in government, both as the senior financial services aide to then Congressman Charles E. Schumer during the thrift crisis and as a staff member on the “Brady Commission” which investigated the causes of the 1987 stock market crash. Brian received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his MBA from Stanford University.

Jason M. Fish

Jason is Co-founder, Managing Partner, Chairman of the Credit Committee, Chief Investment Officer, and a director of Alliance Partners. He is also a Director of Congressional Bank. He was the Co-Founder, President and Chief Investment Officer of CapitalSource Inc. From 1992 to 2000 he was a partner and managing member of Farallon Capital Management, a leading global private investment firm. Jason had overall responsibility for the firm’s real estate investment activities and also was responsible for both credit and private equity investing for Farallon and its affiliates. Before joining Farallon, Jason worked at Lehman Brothers Inc., where he was a Senior Vice President responsible for financial institution investment banking coverage on the West Coast. Jason is a graduate of Princeton University and Chairs the Bay Area Board of Teach for America.

John K. Delaney

John is Co-Founder, Managing Partner, Credit Committee Member, and a director of Alliance Partners. He is also the Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of CapitalSource Inc. (NYSE: CSE), a commercial lender that provides financial products to middle market businesses and offers depository products and services in southern and central California through its wholly owned subsidiary CapitalSource Bank. He is also the Chairman of CapitalSource Bank and a Director of Congressional Bank. From 1993 until its sale to Heller Financial in 1999, John was Chairman and CEO of HealthCare Financial Partners, Inc. (former NYSE: HCF), a provider of commercial financing to healthcare service companies. John received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and his law degree from Georgetown.
